Stephen’s journey of transformation doesn’t start or end with his clients. He founded BodyGlide, a groundbreaking innovation that reshaped the landscape of the athletic retail sector. He also co-founded Decision Dynamics, a pivotal force in shaping Korn Ferry International into a global leader in leadership development solutions. Additionally, Stephen serves as an Adjunct Coach and Facilitator with The Center for Creative Leadership.

A proven transformational coach, facilitator, and trainer, certified in Results Coaching™ by the NeuroLeadership Institute, Dawn is experienced in helping professionals, leaders, and teams break through boundaries to access their full personal and professional potential through individual and group coaching, training and development.
Dawn has developed and facilitated workshops focused on a variety of leadership related topics, including emotional intelligence, psychological safety, conscious communication, compassion fatigue, ethical leadership, networking, implicit bias, imposter syndrome and respect at work.
Dawn spent a total of eighteen years at one of the world’s largest energy companies, including leadership roles in labor and employment law, diversity and inclusion, and ethics and workplace culture. Prior to that, she was an attorney at a large international law firm for seven years. Each of these roles afforded Dawn the opportunity to coach, train, and counsel employees from the mailroom to the C-suite on a variety of issues that inform her coaching and training today.
